Certification of the authenticity of the copy document is a notary service that confirms that a copy of an official document is identical to the original. The notary establishes this identity by comparing the copy with the original and applies a special seal and signature to confirm its authenticity. This service allows people to use a copy of a document in legal cases without having to submit the original itself.

The person who needs to certify the authenticity of a copy of the documents submits to the notary the original of the document, the copy of which needs to be certified, and the documents by which the notary can identify the person who applied to him.

With a request to certify the authenticity of the document, the notary can apply both to the owner of the document and to the notary power of attorney another person who must have a document certifying him (and not the citizen whose copies of documents will be certified).
