Car rental agreement

Vehicle lease agreement, car (see sample) with the driver (crew) is concluded in writing and is most often used in taxi services. If one of the parties to the car rental agreement is an individual, it is subject to notarial certificate.For renting (renting) a car, the renter is charged a fee, the amount of which is set by the rental agreement. If the amount of the fee is not established by the contract, it is determined taking into account the consumer quality of the car and other circumstances. The fee for hiring (renting) the car can be paid at the choice of the parties in cash or in kind, and by default is paid monthly, unless otherwise stipulated by the contract.

List of necessary documents for a car lease agreement

The list of necessary documents from the lessor of the FD:

Passport.
Registration number of the taxpayer's account card.
Vehicle registration certificate.
Consent of the other spouse (if the TK was acquired by a person during the period of marriage).

If the other spouse will be present at the signing of the contract in person, he/she must bring his/her passport, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and marriage certificate.

List of required documents from the lessor of the property:

Director's passport.
Protocol on the election of the Director.
Order on the appointment of the Director.
Statute/description.
Vehicle registration certificate.
If there is no authority in the statute for the Director to sign the vehicle lease agreement on behalf of the Company, then a decision/protocol on granting the Director the authority to sign the vehicle lease agreement is additionally required.

Order on the appointment of the Director.
Statute/description.
In the absence of the Director's authority to sign a lease agreement on behalf of the EO in the statute, a decision/protocol authorizing the Director to sign a real estate lease agreement is additionally required.
