How to certify signatures on the company charter

The procedure for certification of signatures on the charter usually includes the following stages:

Preparation of the charter: First, the charter of the enterprise must be carefully developed and agreed upon by all the founders. The document defines all the conditions and rules of the company's operation.
Appeal to the notary: The founders or members of the enterprise apply to the notary with the charter and documents confirming their identity.
