To certify the signature of a legal entity on documents, you must have: founding documents of the legal entity; extract from the Unified State Register; for a representative of a legal entity - a passport; if an official acts on behalf of a legal entity - a document that provides for the authority of the person and certifies his official position; if a representative acts on behalf of a legal entity under a power of attorney - a power of attorney.
