Notarization process

If a person needs notarization of a signature on a document, he must appear before a notary. The notary will verify the person's identity using official identification documents such as a passport. After confirmation, the person signs the document in the presence of a notary, after which the notary certifies the signature on the document with his seal.

Documents for an individual

To certify the signature of an individual on documents, you must have: a passport; registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (identification code); birth certificate if the individual is a minor under 16 years of age;

Documents for a legal entity

To certify the signature of a legal entity on documents, you must have: founding documents of the legal entity; extract from the Unified State Register; for a representative of a legal entity - a passport; if an official acts on behalf of a legal entity - a document that provides for the authority of the person and certifies his official position; if a representative acts on behalf of a legal entity under a power of attorney - a power of attorney.

To certify the authenticity of the translator's signature on documents, the translator must have: passport, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (identification code); a diploma confirming the translator's qualifications;
